Does your office accept insurance?

Due to Medicaid policies, our offices does not accept Medicaid and cannot treat patients who have Medicaid if they are interested in seeking reimbursement from their Medicaid insurance.

Dr. Abraham and Dr. Ross accept Ascension insurance (BCBS offered to Seton employees). Other than that, our providers are not currently in-network for any insurance plans. If you are planning to obtain reimbursement using out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance company to inquire about coverage prior to starting treatment.

What are your provider rates without the Seton insurance?

As of 6/1/2024 rates for Drs. Abraham, Ross and Campbell will change as follows:

90-minute intake appointment ($500), 60-minute intake appointment ($450), 20-minute follow up ($150), 30-minute follow up ($200), 60-minute psychotherapy ($300), 60-minute combined med management + therapy ($375)

Recommended length of intake and follow-ups is at the discretion of your doctor.

John Abraham and Michael Ross: 60-minute Intake Appointment ($400), 20-minute follow up ($125), 30-minute follow up ($180), 60-minute follow up ($255)

Kelly Campbell: 90-minute Intake Appointment ($450), 30-minute follow up ($180), 60-minute follow up ($350), brief phone consultations ($45, up to 15min)

Craig Russell: $175/hr

Mark Viator: $150/hr

Hayley Kimble: $140/hr

What are Good Faith Estimates?

Beginning January 1, 2022, if you are uninsured or you do not use your insurance for healthcare bills, you can request an estimate for medical items and services. You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. If you receive a bill that is $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Are appointment rates the same for in-office appointments and telehealth appointments?

At this time, the rates for in-office visits and telehealth appointments are the same.

How are intake appointments formatted?

For children and adolescents, the intake appointment consists of the provider spending some time with the patient alone, parent(s) alone, and everyone together. The order of these conversations will vary slightly among our providers.

Does your office do psychological testing?

None of our providers perform psychological testing.

Please call or email our office to set up an appointment. Provider availability for new patients is generally between 2 weeks and 2 months.
